Well, let's start. The first thing we should learn is how to offset the inner foot forward in the beginning of a turn. It is very difficult and very important skill witch is necessary to perform small-radius turns. Let's see how itto learn it.
In last part, we worked out the displacement of internal foot forward in the beginning of a turn. Now let's work out the development of useful skills of transfering body forward and unloading the backs of skis.
In last exercise, we felt some pleasant moment in which after ski block, on the exit of a turn, throws us to a new turn. Now we need to learn how to use this momentum and use it properly. Let's master a new movement and learn how to send the body into a new turn.
Well, we have learned how to shift the body forward and expand it into a new tur in the ski block position at the end of the ski turn. Let's now add another useful move.
In theory, we already know that in order to get a more efficient turn of small radius we should transfer body weight to noses, releas backs and turn skis by the body rotation. All clear on the theoretical level, but in practice it doesn't always done for the first time. Let's ease the practical development of this movement and make simple and useful exercise.
After mastering the bodyrotation turn we can put everything together and get a basic picture of the expert sliding turn. Let's do that.
Then we mastered the basic framework of this expert exercise and get some riding figure from our last exercise of this course, we have to understand what to do and where to go next. Let's summarize and understand the perspectives of the development of your skiing technique.
